Community Media Center Open by Appointment

In accordance with the Alameda County Health Officer’s Order, the CMC is open by appointment only. CMC staff will issue a health screening and provide guidelines for your visit.

We want you to tell the local stories that matter to your family, neighbors and friends. Submit a program for playback on Comcast and AT&T public access channels.

On Demand

Watch community programs online, anytime. When you submit a program for cablecasting, it will also be added to our on demand library.

Studio Productions

Use our studio to produce your show for community television. With a green screen, news desk, four cameras and a Tricaster 8000 switcher, the possibilities are endless.

Equipment Checkout

Check out field kits with a camera, tripod, shotgun and wireless microphones to record content for your show.

Editing Workstations

Come to the studio and edit your content using the Adobe Suite on our workstations.


Learn how to use studio equipment, field equipment and editing software through our certification workshops.
